Charity quilt

Some of us from the Rhode Island Modern Quilt Guild put this quilt together to be donated to a local charity.
Karen assembled the beautiful strips together - I love her selection of fabrics.
Celine donated the batting, which was quite nice to sandwich and FMQ with.  I did the quilting on my home machine.
Here's a picture of it all bound by one of our other members:

  2. It is warm and appealing, the colors work beautifully together. I like your loopy quilting, that's the pattern I use to start my little guys with their cursive writing, lol ~

  3. What a lovely quilt! It's great to see how quilters work together to make something really special, and then give it away, as quilters often do. Bless you all for this. Hope you're having a wonderful Christmas. Blessings to you and yours!
